If your household’s annual COMBINED gross income, including employment, SSI, Child Support, TANF, etc., exceeds the below amounts your household will NOT be qualified to live at Park Hill Station Apartments. All households must qualify under the following income limits and still make a minimum of two times the posted rent limit.
